TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Liability & Safety

  • Assumption of Risk: participants accept that kitesurfing is dangerous and take personal responsibility for injury, property damage, or death.

  • Mandatory Gear: lifejackets/buoyancy aids, helmets.

  • Health Requirements: participants must be proficient swimmers.

  • Safety Procedures: during the lessons the supervision of a qualified instructor is required. There is one instructor for two students maximum.​​​​

Booking, Cancellations, and Rentals

  • Deposits & Payment: reservations require a non-refundable deposit of WS$50.

  • Cancellation Policy: cancellations made 24h before the lesson date are non-refundable.

  • Weather/No-Show: no refund for poor weather, we offer rebooking instead.

  • Equipment Damage: renters are liable for equipment loss and damage, and the return of gear is strictly timed to 3 hours.

Lessons and Packages

  • Validity: lesson packages expire at the end of the wind season on 15th November of the year of purchase and are non-transferable.

 

Privacy

  • Seki Kitesurf may use photo/video content of students for social media and marketing.
